Roles and Responsibilities  

The organization is instigating this position as part of R&D team, in order to increase our efficiency in terms of key and strategic projects; such as website developments, increasing the accuracy of the CRM, accelerating the needs of the ESOMAR stakeholder and facilitating the membership team to reach main objectives and targets in terms of the acquisition, retention to optimize our capacity for solving problems or exploiting better opportunities and to offer the best services to our members community.

The team’s main objective is to attract market researchers by providing the best possible tools and user experience, help them connect through online channels, and make ESOMAR’s products and services easily accessible to the market research industry. 

As a Full Stack Developer, you are responsible for (further) developing world-class, complete web applications, both on the backend and frontend addressing performance and security, and developing customer-focused and scalable user experiences.  

Job Requirements:

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance our websites and their management systems

• Development and support of various systems and applications 

• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

• Ensuring Seamless flow between different systems and applications 

• Gather and refine requirements/specifications based on technical needs

• Testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing and feature enhancements

• Create and maintain systems and applications documentation

Job experience:  3+ years
